Backtagging: If the tag is over a month old, I'd prefer to let it go, if only because of of other CRs that make it confusing.
Threadhopping: If everyone's chill with it, then hell yeah.

Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Just message me about what you want, and we're cool. With him being a high blood, he can heal from a lot of shit.
Killing this character: Give me a heads up before hand.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: With him being so high on the hemospectrum, telepathy that works on him is few and far between. Message me and we can discuss it

if he likes you, its hard to get rid of him
